Strategies that will help you lose weight:

  1. Do not drink coffee/tea first thing in the morning. Have a fruit/nuts instead. Munch on these within 10 minutes of waking up.
  2. Eat small meals every 2 hours. Your body will thank you!
  3. Eat half of what you normally do. Once done, wait for 5 mins. You will feel full. If you don’t help yourself to a second serving.
  4. Drink a glass of water before every meal.
  5. Keep low GI foods for the morning and afternoon.
  6. Last but not the least, seasonal is the way to go.
