November has been a tough month. With working weekends & travel, I got no time to prepare meals and could only munch on nuts & fruits, occasionally. I had no option but to eat outside and my body reacted. Acidity, breakouts and what not!
However, with an advertising job come messed up schedules and therefore, detox drinks to rescue.
Benefits of detox drinks:

Here are 2 detox drinks that I swear by:
- Jeera water
I drink this religiously.
All you need to do is soak Jeera in water overnight & drink it in the morning, on an empty stomach. Above from the above mentioned benefits, jeera water is a great treatment for Anaemia and helps in easy digestion throughout the day.
- Cucumber, lemon & mint
Squeeze lemon in water and soak the remaining skin in water. To this, add mint leaves & cucumber slices. Drink!
