For days when I want to have a fancy high protein bar but don’t want to pay for it, I resort to these nutritious and delicious No-Bake Protein Balls.

They also make a great snack for all those times when you want to reach out for that pack of biscuits just because you couldn’t find anything else to eat. Or for the times when you are bored of your regular snacking options. Or trying to add more protein to your diet. Whatever the reason it, you gotta try these No-Bake Protein Balls!

This is a simple 5 ingredient recipe and a batch of 8-10 with the below measurements keeps well in the fridge up to a week.

Peanut butter and oats together make a high protein and high fiber base for this recipe, and some extra whey increases the protein content. In case, you don’t have whey at hand, you can make some- DIY Protein Powder.

Building this recipe is fun because you can put together whatever you like.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Throw in all the ingredients (expect toppings like nuts, chocolate chips, etc.) in a grinder and grind.
  2. Scrape down the sides and grind again to ensure everything is mixed properly.
  3. Start rolling it into balls (In case you find it too dry or have difficulty rolling, use some honey or coconut oil)
  4. To finish, you can also dust them with some coco powder.
  5. Refrigerate for an hour.
Recipe Notes

You can customize these as per your taste and liking. Your options are endless.

  1. Replace peanut butter with almond or cashew butter
  2. Add dark chocolate or coat them with melted chocolate
  3. Cover with desiccated coconut
